Associate Room Booking Process
The associate rate program is available to all full-time, part-time, temporary, seasonal, or on-call associates who have been employed with Marc & Rose for 90+ days. Associates can access the associate rate authorization form from their People & Culture representative. Once completed, the form must be reviewed and approved by People & Culture to ensure eligibility and compliance with program guidelines. A signed and approved authorization form is required at check-in to validate the associate rate. If an authorization form is not presented, the discount will be removed and the rate will be adjusted to the hotel’s standard guest rate.
